customer service just forwarded me to engineering for me to put in my own work order. we woke up to a shower that wasn’t working, water was literally just dripping. we went to bed that night and ignored the red flags because we were exhausted and didn’t have time to deal with it.
the room looked unkempt, toilet paper in a toilet that wasn’t flushed, brown stains on the towels, etc. we got to the hotel in the evening after a long day. Cons: we were escorted off the property with security after expressing our concerns to management staff about our shower not working and requesting a refund.
